3-Step Foot Measuring Process
How to Accurately Measure Your Foot Size in Centimeters
Step 1
Prepare Your Paper and Position Your Foot
Place a clean sheet of paper on the floor, making sure one side of the paper is flush against a wall. Stand upright with your heel gently touching the wall and your foot flat on the paper. This setup ensures accuracy because your heel will stay in place and the measurement will begin from a fixed point (the wall).

Step 2
Mark the Longest Toe
Using a pencil or pen, make a clear mark at the tip of your longest toe while standing naturally. It’s important to measure while standing because your foot expands slightly under body weight. Always mark the longest toe, which might not always be the big toe, as this ensures you capture your true foot length.

Step 3
Measure the Length in Centimeters
Remove your foot from the paper and take a ruler or measuring tape. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where your heel touched the wall) to the toe mark you made. Note this measurement in centimeters. This is your foot length, which you can compare with size charts to find your correct shoe size. For the most accurate fit, repeat the process for both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other.
